As the firm’s daily operations manager, Dottie is responsible for ensuring client inquiries, deposits, distributions and tax filings are handled quickly and efficiently.

Prior to joining LHD Retirement in 2009, Dottie was a branch administrator and client services coordinator for a financial services firm in Chicago.
